KINGSTON_PIZZA.COM and any related or affiliate entities respect and protect the privacy of the individuals that use the KINGSTON_PIZZA.COM website and services. KINGSTON_PIZZA.COM does not collect any unique information about you (such as your name, email address, etc.) except when you specifically and knowingly provide such information during the ordering process.

By using the KINGSTON_PIZZA.COM service and our affiliated restaurant(s) web site(s), you consent to the collection and use of your information as we have outlined in this policy. KINGSTON_PIZZA.COM may decide to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of the information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
 

Refunds Policy
You are ordering food for takeout or Delivery. RI State law governs a restaurant's refund policy for refunding all or part of your on-premise, takeout or delivery purchase. In general, if you are not satisfied with your meal and do not consume a significant portion of it you should immediately contact KINGSTON_PIZZA management at 401-783-9130.
 

Returns Policy
Since you are ordering a freshly-prepared, custom meal from the restaurant for either Takeout or Delivery, our "Return Policy" is the same as our Refunds Policy, above.
